Studying at the Bio-Feedback Center in Princeton, New Jersey

Wow! I am now officially certified in Open Focus™ and
Bio-feedback training. Six long, incredibly interesting, thought provoking days with Dr. Fehmi at his Bio-Feedback Center in Princeton, New Jersey. My brain room is now home to flexible focus training for your brain and body.

Okay; what does Open Focus™ have to do with helping your golf game?  You will learn how to consistently find your “Golf Mental Zone”.

. . . I have searched for 30 years to uncover how I mentally got myself together to win golf tournaments. I would get on a roll, but after a while, the roll became a heavy rock around my head.

I found Open Focus™ training and began the exercises. Within one week, I knew that this was the way for me to discover how to understand how I understand my golf game mentally. The ability to flexibly attend is one of the primary factors that make the difference between a good performer and a great performer.

What Open Focus™ is NOT, is ‘a psychology feel positive elixir model’. You practice your Open Focus™ mental exercises every day, just as I had to practice golf every day. Of course I had my vacation time off….

Five months after I began my Open Focus™ training, I went to Dr Fehmi’s week long Open Focus™ Certification classes.
Today, I have my mental fundamentals and a roadmap for happy golf at the level I choose to participate in the game.
Today, I am certified as a trainer in Open Focus™ and Neurofeedback Synchrony training.

I love it. I hope I have piqued your interest to come listen to this seminar at my Academy. It is really an easy way of paying attention to how you pay attention.
