January 5 - Mom or Dad & Me Golf Clinic
clinic took place at Rio Salado Golf Course, Tempe, Arizona

Seven pairs of golfers, a Girl Scout with a Mom or Dad, came out for a day of golf training. The day began with warm up stretches and twists then maneuvering into a session of each team member having the opportunity of being a coach or a player.

Golf fundamentals were the objective for the day. It took a bit of patience and coaching to help each other get into ready position and find parallel feet to get that club swinging on the target line! While on the putting green, the same principle of aim was in practice. Players and coaches, each golfer taking a turn at both, setup the putts with the yahoo cheers and the oooooh, I just missed it.
