Imagine yourself and feel yourself winning over and over again . . . ! Sounds corny but it works. Do this mental exercise 10 minutes a day, every day for six months. |

Listen
intentionally to what you say to yourself. Call the crap talk on
yourself and switch the sentence around to create in you a sense of hope
to find your answer. Be alert 24/7 for 2 weeks and don’t let up on
giving it to yourself for all the crap you say to yourself 24/7! Be
your own ‘Judge Judy’. After 2 weeks you will be so sick of being tough
on yourself that you will naturally be positively intelligent with your
mouth. |

Stress buster. Take a 45 second time out from where you are and recall your favorite relax place and check out and be there for 45 seconds. You will be refreshed and able to stop fixating on the negative chaos of an insane race mind. |
